We primarily serve individuals and families residing in Marion, Hamilton, Madison, Hancock, Shelby, Johnson, Morgan, Hendricks, and Boone counties. We assist clients that live in any county within the middle third of the state, but our furniture delivery service is only available within those 9 named counties. We do not, however, provide our services directly to the public.
ALL CLIENTS MUST BE REFERRED THROUGH A PARTNER SOCIAL SERVICE AGENCY, ORGANIZATION, OR BUSINESS. These referral partners have employees, usually social workers, who are trained to determine clients’ specific needs and connect them with resources to meet them. The clients we support together have been affected by disaster, homelessness, domestic violence, mental or physical health issues, poverty, addiction, and other life-changing situations.
How to Access Our Services
If you or someone you know could benefit from our services and is already receiving assistance from an agency, organization, or business, please reach out to your case manager, counselor, or advocate to have them submit a referral on your behalf.
If you have not been receiving assistance yet, we recommend contacting Indiana 211, or reaching out to a local church or community center. They can provide recommendations to agencies and organizations that work with individuals in situations similar to yours.

We have worked with over 130 partners, including those listed BELOW. If you cannot find a place to assist you with a referral, call us at 317-572-5724 and we will try to help get you connected to the appropriate agency.
